To be considered registered, we must receive confirmation that you have paid for a ticket.
Agreement & Disclaimer
By registering for the Jingle Belly Holiday Party, you agree to the following:
- I confirm that I am at least 21 years old as of December 16th, 2023.
- I understand that I must provide a valid government issued photo ID or passport upon check-in.
- I understand that Belly Rub Weekend Holiday Party 2023 (BRWLA) Registration cannot be transferred or shared.
- I will not bring any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia to any BRWLA event or activity. BRWLA organizers and volunteers will not be responsible in the event of injury, overdose or death due to personal use of any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
- I understand that BRWLA is a PRIVATE event, and has the right to refuse to allow registration, admittance, participation or attendance of anyone. Any disorderly or disrespectful conduct towards BRWLA organizers, volunteers, and attendees will not be tolerated. Wrong-doers may be banned from any or all BRWLA events.
- I agree to be respectful of other patrons, guests, and employees in shared or public spaces at the BRWLA event venues.
- I agree not to hold the organizers of this event, or its volunteers, responsible for any loss, or theft of my property while participating in this event.
- I agree not to hold the organizers of this event, or its volunteers, responsible for any injury or death to my person or companion(s) while participating in this event.
- I understand I am fully responsible for any damages I may cause at any of the venues visited during BRWLA.
- I understand that the full event itinerary is still in process and that changes can occur after I have registered. It will be my responsibility to review the website after registration and contact the BRWLA organizers if I have any questions or concerns after seeing a change on the website/social media/etc.
- I am not a reporter or private investigator (volunteer or professional), attending this event for the purposes of collecting information about any of the participants or the organizers; for the purpose of any investigation, or for the purpose of publication or broadcast. I further understand and affirm that I will not disclose, in any format, in any manner, at any time; any information which includes or references any details or photographs from my attendance at this PRIVATE event.
Ticket Price
Tickets for our Jingle Belly Party are $25 when paid for in advance, and $30 when paid at the door.

The Club Chub Party has no cover charge.
Registration Deadline
The deadline to register for events is December 16th, 2023.
Refund Policy
- Refunds requested prior to December 1st: 100% of registration fees refunded (minus processing fee).
- Refunds requested prior to December 16th: 50% of registration fees refunded (minus processing fee).
- No refunds are possible after December 16th.
