Agreement & Disclaimer
By registering for BRWLA, you agree to the following:
- I confirm that I am at least 18 years old as of May 1st, 2024.
- I understand that I must provide a valid government issued photo ID or passport upon check-in.
- I understand that Belly Rub Weekend 2024 (BRWLA) Registration cannot be transferred or shared.
- I will not bring any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia to any BRWLA event or activity. BRWLA organizers and volunteers will not be responsible in the event of injury, overdose or death due to personal use of any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
- I understand that BRWLA is a PRIVATE event, and has the right to refuse to allow registration, admittance, participation or attendance of anyone. Any disorderly or disrespectful conduct towards BRWLA organizers, volunteers, and attendees will not be tolerated. Wrong-doers may be banned from any or all BRWLA events.
- I agree to be respectful of other patrons, guests, and employees in shared or public spaces at the BRWLA event venues.
- I understand that I must display my BRWLA wristband to gain entry to any of its private events and any other official BRWLA activity.
- I agree not to hold the organizers of this event, or its volunteers, responsible for any loss, or theft of my property while participating in this event.
- I agree not to hold the organizers of this event, or its volunteers, responsible for any injury or death to my person or companion(s) while participating in this event.
- I understand I am fully responsible for any damages I may cause at any of the venues visited during BRWLA.
- I understand that the full event itinerary is still in process and that changes can occur after I have registered. It will be my responsibility to review the website after registration and contact the BRWLA organizers if I have any questions or concerns after seeing a change on the website/social media/etc.
- I am not a reporter or private investigator (volunteer or professional), attending this event for the purposes of collecting information about any of the participants or the organizers; for the purpose of any investigation, or for the purpose of publication or broadcast. I further understand and affirm that I will not disclose, in any format, in any manner, at any time; any information which includes or references any details or photographs from my attendance at this PRIVATE event.
Registration Deadline
The deadline to register for events is May 3, 2024.
Registration Price
The cost of full registration will be $230.
Refund Policy
- Refunds requested prior to March 1: 100% of registration fees refunded (minus processing fee).
- Refunds requested prior to April 1: 50% of registration fees refunded (minus processing fee).
- No refunds are possible after May 1.
Registration Details
- Full names are only used for our records. Printed Event IDs will only have your first name and screen name.
- After submitting your registration information, our team will review and send you a confirmation email with the link to purchase your ticket as soon as possible within 7 business days.
